摘要
作为信息传播的精准范式,算法的技术实质及其隐藏的算法权力决定了其具有精准控制的意识形态属性。在国际意识形态斗争中,算法权力的掌握意味着拥有精准渗透意识形态的算法霸权。思政工作者既需有效把握算法对主流意识形态传播的技术优势,又需充分研判其所造成的算法风险。算法把关、算法沉迷、算法过滤所造成的价值失序、价值消融、价值极化进而带来了高校意识形态凝聚力、权威力、认同力的弱化和窄化。面对算法造成的传播权力新格局和意识形态的算法风险,高校应该构建防范机制,从被动管控转变成主动规避与前置防范。既要因势而谋,调适算法,又要应势而动,规约算法,还要顺势而为,驾驭算法。借助多种措施协同防范算法风险,塑造算法对于工具与价值的理性平衡,流量逻辑与公共逻辑的有效互动,商业价值与思政价值的深度融合。
As an accurate paradigm of information dissemination,the technical essence of algorithm and its hidden algorithmic power determine its ideological attribute of accurate control.In the international ideological struggle,the mastery of algorithmic power means having algorithmic supremacy that accurately permeates ideology.Ideological and political workers should not only effectively grasp the technical advantages of the algorithm for the mainstream ideology dissemination,but also fully study and judge the algorithm risks caused by it.The value disorder,value ablation and value polarization caused by algorithm checking,algorithm obsessing and algorithm filtering further weaken and narrow the cohesion of ideology,power and identity in universities.Faced with the new pattern of communication power and the algorithmic risk of ideology caused by algorithms,colleges and universities should build a prevention mechanism,from passive control to active avoidance and prevention.We should not only seek according to the trend,adjust the algorithm,but also move in response to the trend,regulate the algorithm,and follow the trend to control the algorithm.With the help of a variety of measures to coordinate prevention of algorithm risks,to shape the algorithm for tool and value of rational balance,effective interaction between traffic logic and public logic,commercial value and ideological and political value of the depth of integration.
