摘要
在乡村旅游开发实践中,普遍存在多元主体间的协作配合与利益博弈。地方政府、旅游企业和社区居民三者是旅游开发的重要参与者和推动者。尽管各利益主体间存在一定的利益博弈,但在旅游开发过程中尚未形成占支配地位的利益主体,各利益主体均希望搭上旅游开发的“便车”实现自身的利益诉求。旅游企业的可持续发展是相关利益主体从中获益的前提和基础,因此,不能简单地将旅游企业视为资本和权力的代表加以批判。地方政府和社区居民应对旅游企业予以必要的信任和支持,旅游企业应嵌入到地方社会并承担起相应的社会责任。各利益主体间相互支持才能使旅游开发顺利推进,进而为乡村振兴提供内生动力。
There exists the cooperation and interest game among multiple subjects in the practice of rural tourism development.Local government,tourism enterprises and community residents are the important participants and promoters of tourism development.Although there is a certain interest game among various interest subjects,the dominant interest subjects have not yet formed in the process of tourism development.Each interest subject hopes to get on the“free ride”of tourism development to satisfies its interest demands.The sustainable development of tourism enterprises is the premise and basis for relevant stakeholders to benefit from it.Therefore,tourism enterprises cannot be simply regarded as the party of capital and power to be criticized.The local government and community residents should give necessary trust and support to the tourism enterprises,and the tourism enterprises should be embedded into the local society and assume corresponding social responsibilities.Only by supporting each other,can the development of rural tourism be promoted smoothly and provide endogenous impetus for rural revitalization.
