摘要
目的探讨康复护理路径对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心功能及预后的影响。方法选取2018年2月~2019年10月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的120例AMI患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为路径组与传统组,每组各60例。传统组实施常规护理干预,路径组实施康复护理路径干预。比较两组的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、病死率及不良事件总发生率。结果两组干预前的LVEDD、LVESD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,路径组的LVEDD、LVESD低于传统组,且路径组的总不良事件发生率、病死率低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理路径可显著改善AMI患者的心功能指标,且干预后不良事件显著减少,病死率低,患者预后良好。
Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing path on the cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 120 AMI patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the path group and the traditional group,60 cases in each group.The traditional group was given conventional nursing intervention,the path group was given rehabilitation nursing path intervention.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),mortality and total incidence of adverse events were observed between two groups.Results There were no significant difference LVEDD,LVESD between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the LVEDD,LVESD of the path group were lower than that in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence and mortality of adverse events in the path group were lower than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing path can significantly improve the cardiac function indicators of AMI patients,and the adverse events after intervention are significantly reduced,the mortality rate is low,and the patient′s prognosis is good.
