摘要
针对"低慢小"目标难以监管防控的问题,开展探测、识别、跟踪、拦截一体化的低慢小目标协同防控指挥控制系统研究。系统架构形式为去中心化的扁平结构,指挥控制中心制定防控任务规划,探测装备、拦截装备等具备自主控制权。系统通过多种网络中继方式搭建,实现多元探测、复合拦截装备的快速组网部署及扩展,装备主体通过网络平台实时地进行信息交互,协作完成防控任务。本研究能够为"低慢小"目标防控系统的研制和应用提供设计指导。
Aiming at the difficulty of preventing and controlling for low-slow-small(LSS)target,the command and control system for LSS target cooperative prevention and control is studied.The system is integrated by detection,recognition,tracking and interception,and the architecture is flat and decentralized.Prevention and control task is planned by command and control center,and autonomous control right is assigned to detection equipments and interception equipments.Various network relay modes are used for rapid deployment and expansion of multiple detection and composite interception equipments.The information is exchanged through network platform between multi equipments,and the prevention and control mission is completed cooperatively.This research can guide LSS preventing and controlling system development and integration applications.
