摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"的社会背景下,大学生创业成为大学生新型就业模式,高校开展创业教育的热情高涨,其中创业资本培育是创业实践的基础,也影响着创业绩效,其独特性作用在创业活动中表现更为显著。该文以"校企联合"为主要思路,探讨一种高效的大学生创业资本培育模式,实现项目的研发、过程孵化、一体化指导与资金保障等。这对于完善创业理论和提高创业绩效具有重要理论价值和现实意义。
Under the social background of"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",college students'entrepreneurship has become a new employment mode for college students,and the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is high.The cultivation of entrepreneurial capital is the basis of entrepreneurship practice and also affects entrepreneurial performance.Its unique role is more significant in entrepreneurial activities.Based on the"school enterprise union"as the main idea,this paper discusses an efficient cultivation mode of college Students'venture capital,which can realize the project research and development,process incubation,integrated guidance and fund guarantee.This has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving entrepreneurial theory and improving entrepreneurial performance.
