摘要
创业学习是农民创业者学习创业知识、提高机会识别能力和创新商业模式的重要途径,逐渐成为国内外农民创业领域的重要议题。通过梳理国内外相关研究,归纳农民创业学习的内涵,分析农民创业学习的动因、类别及组合,从个体特征、创业网络、创业环境三方面总结农民创业学习的影响因素,探究农民创业学习的影响效应。在现有研究基础上按照“影响因素——农民创业学习过程——影响效应”逻辑构建农民创业学习研究框架,并探讨未来的研究方向。
As an important way for farmers to get rid of the lack of knowledge,improve their ability to identify opportunities and innovate business models,entrepreneurial learning has gradually become an important issue in the field of farmers’entrepreneurship at home and abroad.By sorting out relevant researches in domestic and overseas,the paper summarized the connotation of entrepreneurship learning of farmers,analyzed the motivation,category and combination of entrepreneurship learning of farmers,generalized the influencing factors of farmers'entrepreneurial learning from three aspects of entrepreneurs'characteristics,entrepreneurship network and entrepreneurship environment,explored the influence effect of entrepreneurship learning of farmers.Finally,on the basis of existing researches,the research framework of farmer entrepreneurship learning is constructed according to the logic of"influencing factors--learning process of farmer entrepreneurship--influencing effect"and the future research direction is discussed.
