摘要
利用气相色谱法(GC-ECD)检测齐齐哈尔市饮用水中5种典型的OCPs残留状况。于2017年3月—2018年12月,在齐齐哈尔市主城区(龙沙区、建华区、铁锋区、富拉尔基区、梅里斯达斡尔族区)布点范围内收集末梢水样75份和二次供水样25份,并检测水样中七氯、五氯酚、六六六、六氯苯、滴滴涕共5种OCPs的残留情况,本研究按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB 5750-2006)进行水样的采集、保存和检测。结果表明,5种OCPs均有不同程度的残留。按照GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》规定的限值,所测样品最大值均未超过标准限制。不同行政区域的末梢水和二次供水中OCPs检出情况均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,本研究区域的饮用水目前处于水质安全状况,但需要加强监测和防控,以防止污染加剧并保证长期的饮水安全性。
In this study,gas chromatography(GC-ECD)was used to detect OCPs residues in drinking water in Qiqihar City.From March 2017 to December 2018,75 peripheral water samples and 25 secondary water supply samples were collected in the urban areas of Qiqihar City,and the residues of five OCPs were detected.In this study,water samples were collected,stored and tested in accordance with"Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water"(GB 5750-2006).The results showed that all the five OCPs had different levels of residues.According to the limits specified in GB 5749-2006"Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water",the maximum values of the tested samples did not exceed the standard limits.There were no significant difference in the detection of OCPs in pipe water and secondary supply water in different administrative regions(P>0.05).In summary,the drinking water in this study area are currently in a state of safe quality,but monitoring and prevention and control need to be strengthened to prevent the aggravation of pollution and ensure the long-term drinking water safety.
