摘要
目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)于稳定期加强肺康复护理的应用价值。方法选择2019年4月—2020年3月该院收治的142例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象,随机等分为研究组71例与对照组71例。对照组执行常规护理,研究组则加强对患者的肺康复护理,以肺功能与生活质量为观察指标评价护理效果。结果干预3个月后,研究组6MWD为(434.6±34.5)m,较对照组(385.4±26.1)m延长,差异有统计学意义(t=9.583,P<0.001);研究组FEV1、FVC分别为(2.1±0.7)、(3.1±0.4)L,较对照组(1.8±0.6)、(2.8±0.3)L改善,差异有统计学意义(t=2.741、5.055,P<0.05);研究组在心理、社会、物质、躯体4个维度生活质量评分分别为(87.4±4.1)分、(89.7±3.6)分、(86.3±2.7)分、(90.5±2.7)分,均高于对照组(72.6±5.9)分、(75.4±4.2)分、(79.2±3.2)分、(83.8±3.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.357、21.782、14.288、11.901,P<0.001)。结论肺康复护理在COPD稳定期患者中的应用,进一步提高了患者生活质量与肺功能,值得推广。
Objective To study the application value of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in strengthening pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in stable period.Methods 142 patients with stable COPD admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a study group of 71 cases and a control group of 71 cases.The control group performed routine nursing care,and the study group strengthened the treatment for the patients'pulmonary rehabilitation nursing;taking pulmonary function and quality of life as observation indicators to evaluate the nursing effect.Results After 3 months of intervention,the 6MWD of the study group was(434.6±34.5)m,which was longer than that of the control group(385.4±26.1)m,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.583,P<0.001);the FEV1 and FVC of the study group were(2.1±0.7)L,(3.1±0.4)L,compared with the control group(1.8±0.6)L,(2.8±0.3)L improved,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.741,5.055,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group in the four dimensions of psychology,society,material,and body were(87.4±4.1)points,(89.7±3.6)points,(86.3±2.7)points,and(90.5±2.7)points,all higher than the control group(72.6±5.9)points,(75.4±4.2)points,(79.2±3.2)points,(83.8±3.9)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.357,21.782,14.288,11.901,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in patients with stable COPD has further improved the patients'quality of life and lung function,and is worthy of promotion.
