摘要
在“多规合一,集约用地”的目标指引下,广州市番禺区编制了市政基础设施整合规划,以期优化市政基础设施布局,解决市政基础设施选址难、落地难问题。本文结合项目规划情况和整合实例,对市政基础设施集约共建的规划途经进行总结,为市政基础设施规布局提供借鉴。
Under the guidance of the goal of“multi-plan integration and intensive land use”,Panyu District of Guangzhou has formulated the municipal infrastructure integration plan in order to optimize the layout of municipal infrastructure and solve the problem of difficult site-selection and implementation of municipal infrastructure.Combined with the project planning situation and integration examples,this paper summarizes the planning way of municipal infrastructure intensive construction,and provides a reference for the layout of municipal infrastructure planning.
