摘要
传统来看,制造业一直以来是经济快速增长的驱动力,在面对多样化的市场环境,传统制造业想要快速响应市场需求,车间的设施布局就变得尤为重要。本文针对C公司包装物料仓库中存在的区域布局不合理、主观性强、仓库作业路径杂乱等现象,通过实地调研和查阅文献,借鉴学习SLP方法,结合公司实际业务情况,详细分析产品,按照货物量和出库量分析区域间相互关系,形成最终优化布局方案。
Traditionally,the manufacturing industry has always been the driving force of rapid economic growth.In the face of a diversified market environment,in order to quickly respond to market needs,the traditional manufacturing industry's layout of workshop facilities has become particularly important.Aiming at the unreasonable regional layout,strong subjectivity,and cluttered warehouse operations in the C company's packaging material warehouse,this paper analyzes the products in detail through field research and literature review,learns from the SLP method,and combines the company's actual business conditions,analyzes the relationship between the volume and the outbound volume to form the final optimized layout plan.
