摘要
目的:观察并评估细节护理应用于神经外科护理时的实际价值。方法:对110例患者进行随机等比例分组,均接受常规护理干预,观察组患者额外提供细节护理干预,观察两组患者各项指标。结果:观察组患者对治疗总满意度为70.91%;对照组总满意度为47.27%;接受护理期间医患纠纷,观察组发生率为1.82%;对照组发生率为20.00%,观察组明显占优;护理期内,观察组患者感染率为0.00%;对照组患者感染率为12.73%,观察组明显占优。计数资料检验结果显示,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:细节护理应用于神经外科护理的实际应用价值优于常规护理模式,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the actual value of detailed nursing in neurosurgery nursing.Methods:110 patients were randomly divided into equal proportions and all received routine nursing intervention.The observation group was provided with additional detailed nursing intervention and various indicators of the two groups were observed.Results:The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 70.91%;the total satisfaction of the control group was 47.27%;The incidence of doctor-patient disputes during nursing care was 1.82%in the observation group;the incidence of the control group was 20.00%,the observation group was obviously superior;During the nursing period,the infection rate of the observation group was 0%;the infection rate of the control group was 12.73%,and the observation group was obviously superior.The results of the count data test showed that the P values of the three observation indexes were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The practical application value of detailed nursing in neurosurgery nursing is better than that of conventional nursing model,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
