摘要
目的探讨安图质谱仪与生化反应在临床细菌鉴定方面的意义。方法将医院一女性患者左、右上肢血液分离到的同一株少见细菌作为观察对象,分别采用安图AUTOF MS1000质谱仪及VITEK2-compact全自动生化鉴定药敏仪、系列生化实验对细菌进行鉴定。结果安图AUTOF MS1000质谱仪对左、右上肢培养出的细菌鉴定结果均为念珠状链杆菌;VITEK2-compact全自动生化鉴定药敏仪鉴定不出该菌,且系列生化反应不明显。结论安图AUTOF MS1000质谱仪可为临床细菌鉴定及疾病诊断提供快速、准确的鉴定结果,在时间、灵敏度、准确度上优于生化反应的鉴定。
Objective The significance of AUTOF mass spectrometry and biochemical reaction in clinical pathogen identification was explored.Methods The same rare pathogenic bacteria isolated from the left and right upper limb blood of a female patient in the hospital were selected as the observation objects.The bacteria were identified by AUTOF MS1000 mass spectrometry,VITEK2-compact automatic biochemical identification instrument and series of biochemical tests.Results The bacteria cultured from both left and right upper limb blood were identified as Streptobacillus Moniliformis by AUTOF MS1000 mass spectrometry,but the bacteria could not be identified by VITEK2-compact automatic biochemical analyzer,and the series of biochemical reactions were not obvious.Conclusion AUTOF MS1000 mass spectrometer can provide rapid and accurate identification results for clinical pathogen identification and disease diagnosis,and is superior to biochemical reaction identification in time,sensitivity and accuracy.
