摘要
本文介绍了一套基于无源光网络的“二层一网”的站域保护系统,包括其整体架构、通信方案、保护元件和备自投系统。有别于传统数字化变电站的“三层两网”结构,本方案解决了同步和通信实时性问题,提升了系统可靠性。由于系统仅需配置一台站域保护主机,不需要交换机,从而简化了网络结构。此外,基于全站模拟量和开关量状态的高低压侧相互配合的变电站备自投系统,解决了变电站传统备自投系统由于定值和判据不统一而引起的失调问题。
This paper introduces a"two layers one network"substation-area protection system based on passive optical network(PON),including its overall architecture,communication scheme,protection components and standby automatic switching system.Different from the“three layers and two networks”structure of the traditional digital substation,this scheme solves the synchronization and real-time communication problems and improves the system reliability.Because the system only needs one host to configure the substation-area protection,no switch is required,thus simplifying the network structure.In addition,the substation standby automatic switching system,which is based on the high and low voltage side coordination of the total station analog and switching state,solves the maladjustment problem caused by the disunity of the fixed value and the criterion.
