摘要
本文以长江经济带11个省市2006—2015年高新技术产业发展为研究对象,利用DEA及其拓展的三阶段模型分析技术效率变动,探究省级层面高新技术产业效率变动状况。从投入产出视角考察产业效率变动影响因素,发现国民生产总值、进出口贸易和引用外资等表现为投入的环境因素对高新技术产业科研人员和经费投入冗余等指标具有显著影响。同时通过剔除弱相关的环境因素后,再次考察其余因素对产业效率变动影响的趋势大小。总的来说,长江经济带高新技术产业整体技术效率不高,样本期内各省市技术效率变动呈现较大的阶段性差异,且表现为方向各异的发展趋势;并据此给出了相应研究结论和建议。
This paper takes the development of high-tech industry in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River economic belt from 2006 to 2015 as the research object, this paper analyzes the change of industrial efficiency by using the three-stage model of DEA and its expansion, and explores the change of high-tech industry efficiency at the provincial level. From the perspective of input-output, the study found that economic environmental factors such as gross national product, import and export trade, and the introduction of foreign investment, which are manifested as inputs, have a significant impact on indicators such as high-tech industry scientific research personnel and funding redundancy. At the same time, after removing the weakly related environmental factors, the trend size of the impact of other factors on the changes in industrial technical efficiency is again examined. In general, the overall technical efficiency of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River economic belt is not high, and the changes in the technical efficiency of provinces and cities in the sample period show great stage differences, and show different development trends;Based on these results, the corresponding research conclusions and suggestions are given.
