考虑交互信息完备程度的跨国互联电网暂态功角稳定研究 被引量:1

摘要 为响应国家“一带一路”倡议,南方电网积极与周边国家实施电网互联互通,包括以交流形式进行电网的跨国同步互联。跨国互联电网的安全稳定运行事关国家形象及政治民生,且联网国的信息可能不完全共享,都增加了同步互联电网安全稳定运行的难度。本文详细分析了跨国同步互联电网的暂态功角稳定问题,基于多机系统暂态功角稳定机理揭示了交互信息完备程度对暂态功角稳定的影响。考虑不完备交互信息这一特殊情况,研究了仅基于部分关键动态特征信息的暂态功角失稳判别方法,进而提出了基于交互信息完备程度的暂态功角稳定自适应切换控制策略,为跨国互联电网的安全稳定运行提供技术支撑。 To respond to the Belt and Road initiative,China Southern Power Grid implements grid interconnection with neighboring countries actively,including international synchronous interconnection by AC transmission lines.The safe and stable operation of international interconnected power grid is related to national image and political livelihood.Moreover,the power systen operation information of the connected countries may not be shared fully,which increases difficulty of the international interconnected power grid operation.In this paper,based on the transient angle stability mechanism of multi-machine power system,the effect of completeness of interactive information on transient angle stability is showed.Considering the special case of incomplete interactive information,transient angle instability criterion based on key dynamic characteristic information is studied,then a adaptive switching control strategy for transient angle stability based on completeness of interactive information is proposed.This work provides technical support for the safe and stable operation of international interconnected power grid.
