摘要 缺乏系统稳定性定量分析软件是失去紧急控制的良机,甚至酿成大停电事故的重要原因之一。迅速发展的广域测量系统(WAMS)为在线快速定量稳定分析的研究提供了新的契机。该文基于WAMS同步轨迹信息,从单机能量函数入手,详细分析暂态不平衡能量变化率与系统多摆稳定性的关系,并证明暂态不平衡能量变化率的相关性质,从而提出一种新的多摆稳定性识别判据。在中国电科院6机22节点系统进行仿真验证,仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。 The lack of quantitative stability analysis software for power system is one of the main reasons for losing good chance to implement the emergency control and even finally resulting in the large outage. Recently, the rapidly developing wide area measurement system (WAMS) gives a new way for quick on-line quantitative transient stability assessment. Starting with the single machine energy function, the relationship between the variation rate of transient unbalance energy and multi-swing stability was analyzed in detail, and the corresponding characteristic of the variation rate of transient energy was proved. Then, a new multi-swing stability assessment criterion based on WAMS was proposed. Numerical simulations were conducted on 6-machine 22-bus system of China electric power research institute to demonstrate the effectiveness of this criterion.
