摘要
目的评价观察308 nm准分子光联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗白癜风的临床效果及应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院在2017年2月—2018年12月期间收治的98例白癜风患者资料展开详细调查,遵从"密封信封不透光法"均匀分成两组,即为观察组(308 nm准分子光联合CO_(2)点阵激光)和对照组(308 nm准分子光),每组各49例,对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应、白斑消退情况以及患者的生活质量。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组不良反应相比较,观察组的明显更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的生活质量评分均比对照组评分高,观察组患者的白斑程度的消退时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗白癜风选用308 nm准分子光联合CO_(2)点阵激光的疗效确切,不仅能快速消除患者的白斑,提升患者的皮肤美观度,还能改善患者今后的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and application value of 308 nm excimer light combined with CO_(2) lattice laser in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 98 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were investigated retrospectively.According to the sealed envelope opacity method,they were evenly divided into two groups:observation group(308 nm excimer light combined with CO_(2) lattice laser)and control group(308 nm excimer light).49 cases in each group.Therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,leukoplakia subsidence and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the time of white spot disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of vitiligo using 308 nm excimer light combined with CO_(2) lattice laser has a definite effect.It can not only quickly eliminate leukoplakia,improve the skin beauty of patients,but also improve the quality of life of patients in the future.
