摘要
目的观察在小儿输液治疗当中,静脉留置针的使用效果以及相应的护理措施。方法选择我院儿科2019年1~10月接受输液治疗的88例小儿患儿为对象,将其按照随机数字表方式均匀分成参照组和研究组,给予参照组患儿常规头皮针治疗,而研究组患儿则需接受静脉留置针干预,观察两组患儿接受不同方式处理后的不良反应发生情况以及患儿家属的满意度。结果研究组患儿接受治疗后的不良反应发生例数明显要少于参照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属总满意度达到97.72%,参照组患儿家属总满意度为77.27%,研究组明显要高于参照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针对接受输液治疗的患儿,静脉留置针的使用效果较常规头皮针更好,可以避免患儿在接受治疗的过程中出现的严重不良反应,且患儿家属也对治疗更为满意。在患儿接受静脉留置针治疗期间,还需要让患儿接受针对性较强、更为全面的护理干预。
Objective To observe the effects of intravenous indwelling needles and corresponding nursing measures in children's infusion treatment.Methods We selected 88 children who received infusion therapy from January 2019 to October 2019 in the department of pediatrics of our hospital,and divided them into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table.The children in the reference group were given regular scalp acupuncture treatment.However,the children in the study group need to receive intravenous indwelling needle intervention,to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of the children's family members after the two groups of children receive different treatments.Results The number of adverse reactions in the study group after treatment was significantly fewer in the reference group.In addition,the total satisfaction of the family members of the study group reached 97.72%,and the total satisfaction of the family members of the reference group was 77.27%,which was even higher in the study group,there were statistical differences after analysis of relevant data(P<0.05).Conclusion For pediatric patients receiving infusion therapy,the effect of intravenous indwelling needles is better than that of conventional scalp needles,which can avoid serious adverse reactions during the treatment of the children,and the families of the children will be more satisfied with the treatment.During the period when children receive intravenous indwelling needle treatment,the children also need to receive more targeted and more comprehensive nursing interventions.
