摘要
在水产品消费需求日益增大的情况下,淡水鱼养殖成为增加水产品供给的有效途径。黑龙江省淡水资源丰富,淡水鱼品种多样,但淡水鱼产量处于较低水平,在养殖面积占据优势的条件下,提高淡水鱼养殖技术效率成为发展关键。本研究通过选用数据包络分析(DEA)方法以及构建Tobit模型对黑龙江省186家淡水鱼健康养殖示范场养殖数据的基本特征、技术效率现状及技术效率影响因素进行分析。结果表明:黑龙江省淡水鱼养殖技术效率尚未达到最优状态;场长(主)受教育程度、员工从事渔业养殖工作的时间、是否使用机动渔船、养殖面积、补贴金额对淡水鱼养殖技术效率产生正向显著影响。鉴于此,笔者提出提高养殖场养殖管理水平、推进淡水鱼养殖机械化、营造淡水鱼养殖发展环境的对策建议。
With the increasing demand of aquatic products consumption, freshwater fish culture has become an effective way to increase the supply of aquatic products.Heilongjiang Province is rich in freshwater resources and has a variety of freshwater fish species, but the output of freshwater fish is at a low level.Under the condition of the dominant aquaculture area, improving the technical efficiency of freshwater fish culture has become the key of development. In this study, DEA method was selected and Tobit model was build to analyze the basic characteristics, technical efficiency status and influencing factors of the data of 186 demonstration farms of freshwater fish health culture in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that the technical efficiency of freshwater fish culture in Heilongjiang Province had not reached optimal state. The technical efficiency of freshwater fish culture was positively and significantly affected by the education level of the farm director, the time of employees engaged in fishing, whether the motor fishing boat was used or not, the area of aquaculture and subsidies. In view of this, The author put forward suggestions as improving the management level of breeding farm, promoting the mechanization of freshwater fish culture and creating the environment for the development of freshwater fish culture.
