摘要
本文基于国家大宗淡水鱼产业技术体系的示范户监测数据,分析了2011~2015年的淡水鱼养殖成本收益情况。结果显示,近5年来淡水鱼养殖品种结构稳定,养殖户的饲料结构以全价配合饲料为主,饲料支出占比呈递增态势,其中人工费用上升最为迅速,苗种费、承包租赁费年际间波动较大。养殖户成本有明显的规模递减效应。分地区来看,中部加西南片区养殖户成本最高,京津加东北片区养殖户效益相对较好。
Based on the monitoring data of national large-scale freshwater fish industry technical system,this paper analyzed the cost-benefit of freshwater fish farming from 2011 to 2015. The results showed that the structure of freshwater fish breed was stable in recent 5 years,and that the feed structure of the farmers was mainly the full price feed. The proportion of feed expenditure was increasing,among which the labor cost was the fastest one. The seed fee and contract lease fee fluctuated greatly over years. Farmers have a significant cost-scale diminishing effect. From a sub-regional point of view,famers in the central and southwest area have the highest cost,and the benefit of farmers in Beijing-Tianjin and northeast provinces is better.
