摘要
"肝开窍于目"理论在中医脏腑理论中占据重要地位。从历代医家对肝目相关理论的研究和探讨中可见,二者存在紧密联系。临床治疗目疾多从肝入手。内障眼病的病因虽复杂,但无论是脏腑内损、气血不足、真元耗伤的虚证,还是风热攻目、痰湿内蕴、气郁血滞的实证,都离不开肝气的疏泄、肝阴的滋养和肝血的充盈。本文结合理论和临床,详细阐述了"肝开窍于目"的科学内涵,丰富脏象理论在眼科的应用。
The theory of liver opens at the eye plays an important role in the theory of viscera in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It can be seen from the research and discussion of liver related to the eye theory by the doctors of the past dynasties that there is a close relationship between them.The clinical treatment of eye diseases mainly starts with liver. Internal ophthalmopathy belong to the diseases of water wheel, which are mainly responsible for the liver and kidney. Besides, they are closely related to the dysfunction of qi and blood in other organs. Although the etiology of the disease is complex, whether it is the deficiency syndrome of internal damage of viscera, deficiency of qi and blood, or the syndrome of wind heat attacking the eyes, phlegm dampness and qi stagnation, it is inseparable from the release of liver qi, the nourishment of liver yin and the filling of liver blood. Combined with the theory and clinical experience, this paper expounded the scientific connotation of liver opens at the eye in detail, and enriches the contents of the theory of visceral manifestation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in ophthalmology.
