摘要
2019年12月,湖北武汉发生了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,该疫情在全国各地陆续暴发,由于其传染性强,人群普遍易感,新冠肺炎也被归为乙类传染病,按甲类传染病管理。中医药的早期全程介入治疗,使得该疫情得到了控制。该疫情属于中医温病范畴。按照温病思维治疗,取得了疗效。王灿晖教授认为化瘀通络是其治法之一。相关病理结果提示了瘀血存在于疾病的全程。血瘀证形成的病因病机乃疠气、热邪、湿邪、湿热交加、病久入络引起肺失宣降,气行不畅,血滞成瘀。根据新冠肺炎卫气营血及病久入络不同时期的症状表现进行辨证论治,给予相应的中药化瘀治疗。并结合其病理特点,建议早期全程进行化瘀治疗。同时提出了使用化瘀法需"因人制宜"。
In December 2019,an outbreak of COVID-19 occurred in Wuhan,Hubei Province,which has been spreading throughout the country,and due to its high infectiousness and general susceptibility of the population,COVID-19 has also been classified as a category B infectious disease and managed as a category A infectious disease.The early and full intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has brought the epidemic under control.The epidemic belongs to the category of warm diseases in TCM.Treatment according to the warm disease thinking has been effective.Prof.Wang Canhui believes that resolving blood stasis and removing obstruction in collaterals is one of its treatment methods.The relevant pathological findings suggest the presence of blood stasis throughout the disease.The etiology of blood stasis is due to plague,heat,dampness,dampness and heat,and the disease is prolonged and enters the collaterals,resulting in lung qi failing in dispersing,poor qi flow,and stagnation of blood.According to the symptomatic manifestations of the new coronary pneumonia at different stages of the disease,the symptoms of defensive qi,nutrient blood and the disease entering the collaterals are treated according to the syndromes,and the corresponding Chinese medicine is given to eliminate the stasis.It also combined with its pathological characteristics and suggested early treatment of stasis throughout.It was also suggested that the use of stasis treatment should be"individualized".
