二甲双胍对2型糖尿病伴缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Metformin on The Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的:探讨分析二甲双胍对2型糖尿病伴缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2016年10月~2018年9月间我院收治的200例2型糖尿病伴缺血性脑卒中患者并随机平均分为对照组与观察组各100例,对照组采取降血糖、溶栓、抗凝、扩张血管、脑保护等常规治疗措施,观察组在此基础上加用二甲双胍片治疗,观察对比两组不同时间NIHSS、m RS、MoCA、Barthel指数。结果:出院后1月、3月、6月时,两组患者的NIHSS、m RS、Mo CA、Barthel指数均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组出院后1月、3月、6月时的NIHSS评分、m RS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而Mo CA评分、Barthel指数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍能有效促进2型糖尿病伴缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复,可进行推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of metformin on the recovery of neurological function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatment measures such as hypoglycemia,thrombolysis,anticoagulation,vasodilation and brain protection,and the observation group was additionally treated with metformin tablets.NIHSS,MRS,MOCA and Barthel indexes of the two groups at different time were observed and compared.Results:NIHSS,MRS,MOCA and Barthel indexes of 2 groups were improved 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05),and the NIHSS and MRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).MOCA score and Barthel index were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and ischemic stroke,and can be widely used.
