摘要
在机械工业中,经常会遇到需要使用多个液压缸同时驱动负载,针对多液压缸的同步控制,设计了一种电液比例PID控制的多缸同步控制实验回路,由泵站、油缸、位移检测传感器、计算机控制系统等组成,采用PCI6221数据采集卡和PLC对系统进行数据采集和位移监测的闭环控制模式和主从控制策略,可以全自动完成同步位移,实现了四个液压缸驱动的位移精确同步。实验表明,该系统控制方便,同步精度高,可以为执行多元件的同步控制设计提供参考依据。
In the mechanical industry,it is often necessary to use multiple hydraulic cylinders to drive loads at the same time. Aiming at the synchronous control of multiple hydraulic cylinders,a multi-cylinder synchronous control experimental circuit controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional PID is designed, which consists of pump station,cylinders,displacement sensors,computer control system and so on. PCI6221 data acquisition card and PLC are used,and the closed-loop control mode and master-slave control strategy are selected.The control system can fully complete synchronous displacement and achieve precise synchronization of displacement driven by four hydraulic cylinders. Experiments show that the system is easy to control and has high synchronization accuracy. It can provide a reference for the design of synchronous control of multiple actuators.
