摘要
介绍新钢第二炼钢厂厚板连铸机的液压驱动垛板台结构,分析了其关键部件——导向轮和液压缸的力学特性,验证了液压缸满足强度及稳定性要求。
This paper introduces structure of hydraulic drive sheet piler for slab continuous caster in No. 2 Steelmaking Plant in Xinyu Steel. The mechanical properties are analyze for its key components - the guide wheel and the hydraulic cylinder. And it is verified that hydraulic cylinder intensity and its stability meets the requirement.
