摘要
目的:观察益母生化汤与米非司酮片联合口服治疗不全流产的临床效果。方法:选取不全流产患者68例随机分为两组各34例,对照组予米非司酮片口服,共用药6天;治疗组在对照组基础上联合自拟方益母生化汤口服,共用药14天。比较两组临床效果及术后转经时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组总有效率为64.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);且治疗组转经时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:益母生化汤联合米非司酮片治疗不全流产能提高临床疗效,缩短术后转经时间。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yimu Shenghua decoction and mifepristone on incomplete abortion.Methods:68 cases of patients with incomplete abortion were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral mifepristone,while the treatment group was treated plus with selfformulated oral Yimu Shenghua decoction on the basis of control group,medication for 14 days.The clinical effect and the time of regaining menstruation were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.2%,while the total effective rate of control group was 64.7%;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The time of regaining menstruation of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of incomplete abortion,Yimu Shenghua decoction and mifepristone can enhance the clinical effective rate,and shorten the time of regaining menstruation after operation.
