摘要
目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮治疗人宫流产不全的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月南华大学附属长沙中心医院收治的人宫流产不全患者78例作为研究对象,以信封法分为两组,各39例。对照组采用黄体酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前后,两组孕酮、雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组孕酮、雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、腹部疼痛消失时间、尿妊娠试验转阴时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮治疗人宫流产不全的临床效果显著,能够促进患者恢复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with progesterone in the treatment of incom⁃plete induced abortion.Methods:Between January 2021 and January 2022,a total of 78 patients with incomplete induced abortion who were treated in Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the envelope method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the experimental group was treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group.The treatment ef⁃fects were compared between the two groups.Results:Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of progesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of pro⁃gesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of vaginal bleeding,the time of menstrual return,the time of abdominal pain disappearance,and the time of urine pregnancy test conversing to negative in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimen⁃tal group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:Estradiol valerate combined with progesterone has significant clinical effects in the treatment of incomplete induced abortion,and can pro⁃mote the recovery of patients.
