摘要
城市精神是正向积极的社会意识,能为“以人为核心”的城镇化增添文化和精神动力,亟须突破增长瓶颈进一步生长深化升华。新时代城市更新为刷新和厘定城市精神提供了条件和机遇:一是按时期和发展阶段注入城市精神的时代感;二是在我国城镇规模结构和空间布局不断调整完善过程中进一步厘定城市精神;三是以提升城市治理能力,推进市域治理现代化中促进城市精神转型;四是在市民道德建设和社会文明建设中增长城市精神;五是将对中国新时代美好生活的期待融入城市精神;六是在应对重大公共事件和城市韧性建设中生发城市精神。
The urban spirit is positive social consciousness,which can add cultural and spiritual power to the urbanization of"people-centered",and it is urgent to break through the growth bottleneck and further grow,deepen and sublimate.Urban renewal in the new era provides conditions and opportunities for refreshing and defining the spirit of the city:first,according to the period and development stage to inject the sense of the times of the urban spirit;second,to further determine the city spirit in the process of adjusting and perfecting the scale structure and spatial distribution of cities and towns in China;third,to enhance the ability of urban governance and promote the transformation of city spirit in the modernization of municipal governance;fourth,in the construction of civic morality and social civilization to increase the city spirit;fifth,integrate expectations for a better life in the new era into the city spirit;sixth,grow the city spirit in responding to major public events and building resilience in the city.
