摘要
不论是招生规模,还是生源结构,百万扩招都给高职院校教学管理工作带来巨大的机遇和挑战。面对新形势、新情况,高职院校可以运用SWOT分析法,对百万扩招给教学管理工作带来的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行认真分析,面向高职扩招生源进行方案制订、常规教学、教学改革、学分银行和考核评价五方面的教学管理改革,从而满足高职扩招的教学需求,保障质量型扩招和高质量人才培养工作的有序开展。
The one million enrollment expansion can bring great opportunities and challenges for the teaching management work in higher vocational colleges both in enrollment scale and students’structure.Facing the new circumstances,higher vocational colleges can apply the SWOT analysis method to analyze the one million enrollment expansion bringing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges to teaching management,and explore the teaching management reform paths focusing on students’structure to formulate plans,teaching methods,teaching reform modes,credit bank system,and examination and evaluation standards in order to meet the demands of teaching tasks in enrollment expansion and ensure the orderly development in quality-oriented enrollment expansion and high-quality talent cultivation.
