摘要
沈忠源教授在参与新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)的防治工作中,总结出了一套中医宏观辨证与西医微观诊疗手段相结合的治疗方法。选择特异性中药组方施治的方法治疗新冠肺炎,认为新冠肺炎的早期病机为风毒温疫袭表,伤及肺卫;中期为毒热壅肺,气机不利,脾虚痰凝(湿聚);危重期为邪热炽盛,热深厥亦深,津伤液脱或阴竭于内,阳脱于外;恢复期为气阴亏虚,肺胃津伤。根据新冠肺炎不同时期的病机,自拟清瘟一、二、三号合剂治疗早、中期及恢复期患者,并根据不同病机推荐危重期患者使用参麦饮、安宫牛黄丸及紫雪丹,在临床上取得了较好的疗效。
In the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,Prof.SHEN Zhongyuan summed up a set of treatment methods combining macro syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine with micro diagnosis and treatment of western medicine.He chose specific Chinese medicine prescriptions to treat COVID-19,and believed that the early pathogenesis of COVID-19 is the wind-toxin and warm epidemic attacking the exterior,which hurts the offensive qi of the lung.In the middle stage,its pathogenesis is the toxic heat obstructing the lung,resulting in the disturbance of qi movement and spleen deficiency and phlegm coagulation(damp coagulation).In the critical stage,its pathogenesis is the intense pathogenic heat,and the deeper the heat,the severer the reversal coldness,leading to thin fluid consumption and thick fluid desertion,or yin exhaustion in the interior and yang desertion in the exterior.In the convalescence stage,its pathogenesis is the qi-yin depletion and fluid consumption of the lung and stomach.According to the pathogenesis of COVID-19 in different stages,Qingwen NO.1,NO.2 and NO.3 Mixture were designed to treat patients in the early,middle and convalescent stages,and based on different pathogenesis,Shenmai yin,Angong Niuhuang pills and Zixue pellets were recommended for patients in the critical stage,which achieved good clinical effect.
