摘要
目的基于岗位胜任力理论构建三级甲等中医医院新入职护士规范化培训方案。方法于2020年4—7月,在文献回顾和专家小组讨论的基础上编制函询问卷,通过德尔菲法对来自浙江省三甲中医院及中医药大学的20名专家进行2轮函询,构建基于岗位胜任力理论的中医医院新入职护士规范化培训方案。计算函询专家的积极系数、权威程度、意见协调程度。结果2轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数均为0.896,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.177、0.215(P<0.01)。最终构建的基于岗位胜任力理论的中医医院新护士规范化培训方案包括一级指标5项,二级指标17项,三级指标106项。结论基于岗位胜任力理论构建的中医医院新入职护士规范化培训方案具有科学性和可靠性,对中医医院新护士的规培管理具有一定借鉴意义。
Objective To construct a standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in ClassⅢGrade A traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals based on the theory of post competency.Methods From April to July 2020,the consultation questionnaire was developed on the basis of literature review and the expert group discussion.Through the Delphi method,two rounds of consultations were conducted with 20 experts from ClassⅢGrade A TCM hospitals and the university of TCM in Zhejiang Province to construct the standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals based on the post competency.The positive coefficient,the authority coefficient,and the coordination coefficient of the experts were calculated.Results In the two rounds of consultations,the experts'positive coefficients were all 100%,and the authority coefficients were both 0.896,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.177 and 0.215 respectively,(P<0.01).The final standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals based on the post competency included 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 106 third-level indicators.Conclusions The standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals based on the post competency is scientific and reliable,which has certain reference significance for the training and management of newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals.
