摘要
目的针对西部地区医药类高校的办学特点,对培养适应贵州区域经济建设发展新需要的药学学科人才的培养进行探讨。方法通过查阅文献以及研究药学学科建设评估指标体系等方式,以西部地区贵州省药学学科为例,对该学科人才培养建设总体情况进行客观分析与总结。结果初步总结出西部地区贵州省药学应用型和科研型人才的培养方式方法,即药学人才培养必须从纯粹专业性知识培养向应用型和科研型转变,并且优化药学学科人才的培养机制,以及构建高层次及多元化的教师培养系统,优化以素质和能力为主的药学教学内容及课程系统,并强调掌握科研实习训练等实践技能的重要性以及强化政产学研合作体系建立及贵州苗族药学教材编写等方面的改进。结论本文多方面多层次客观探讨了西部地区贵州省药学学科人才培养发展策略,找到制约学科人才培养和发展的瓶颈,并提出有效的解决策略,为贵州培养高素质的药学学科人才奠定强有力的基础。
OBJECTIVE According to the characteristics of western regions from Guizhou province in medical colleges,a rational comprehension on the existing problems in the pharmacy talents were provided,and the improvement and practice of talents training to adapt to the economic construction were summarized.METHODS The evaluation index system for disciplinary construction was studied through literature research.Taking the pharmacy disciplinary of western regions as an example,the overall situation of talent cultivation item of disciplinary construction was analyzed and summaried objectively.RESULTS The two talents training mode must be changed from the professional training.We could optimize the training mechanism for pharmaceutical talents,and construct a high-level and diversified teachers training system,optimize the quality and ability of the teaching content and curriculum system.Also,emphasizing the training of technical,and strengthening the establishment of the cooperation system between government,industry,college and research units and the improvement of Guizhou miao pharmaceutical teaching material.CONCLUSION In this paper,the development strategy of pharmaceutical talents cultivation in Guizhou province in western China was discussed in many aspects and various levels.Also,the bottleneck problems of discipline development are found,and finding the resolutions to promote the development of pharmaceutical talents.In short,it play an important role for Guihzou to cultivate high-quality applied and research talents in pharmacy.
