摘要
针对中低速磁悬浮列车建立动力学模型,计算磁悬浮车模态,根据频率和振型得出磁悬浮车的振动特点.依据青城山曲线段线路,得出前三个悬浮模块在四种速度下的横向位移、垂向位移、电磁铁所受横向力与垂向力比值以及空气弹簧处横向力等动态响应.选取受载严重的悬浮模块作为研究对象,根据实际受力情况,获得关键位置的载荷时间历程,为之后准静态应力分析法计算寿命做准备.结果表明:三个悬浮模块均随着运行速度增加,各项指标参数增大,第一个和第二个悬浮模块受力情况相似且受力明显大于第三个悬浮模块,可选第一个或第二个悬浮架作为疲劳评估对象.
The dynamic model is established for the medium and low-speed maglev trains.The modal parameters of the maglev vehicle is calculated,whose vibration characteristic are obtained according to the frequency and mode of vibration.In the curve section of Qingchengshan,the dynamic responses of the first three suspension modules under four velocities,including transverse displacement,vertical displacement,ratio of transverse force to vertical force on the electromagnet and transverse force at the air spring,are obtained.The suspension module with severe loading is selected as the research object,and the load time history at key positions is obtained according to the actual force condition,in preparation for the subsequent quasi-static stress analysis method to calculate the life.The results show that all the parameters of the three suspension modules increase with the increase of operating speed.The first and second suspension modules and more severe loading than the third suspension module.Therefore,the first or second suspension frame can be selected as the object of fatigue assessment.
