摘要
以端乙烯基硅油为基础聚合物,以石英粉为导热填料、氢氧化铝为阻燃填料制备导热阻燃型有机硅灌封胶。考察了乙烯基硅油粘度、填料粒径及用量等对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用300 mPa·s端乙烯基硅油100份、含氢硅油交联剂23份、5μm石英粉100份、5μm氢氧化铝50份、铂催化剂0.55份、乙炔基环己醇0.2份制备的灌封胶综合性能最佳,其导热系数为0.53 W·(m·K)^(-1),介电强度为21 KV·mm^(-1),阻燃性能达到FV-0级。
A thermally conductive flame-retardant silicone potting compound was prepared with vinyl-terminated silicone oil as the basic polymer,quartz powder as thermally conductive filler and aluminum hydroxide as flame-retardant filler.The effects of vinyl silicone oil viscosity,filler particle size and dosage on the performance of potting glue were investigated.The results showed that the prepared potting adhesive had the best performance when 100 parts of vinyl-terminated silicone oil of 300 mPa·s,23 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil crosslinking agent,100 parts of 5μm quartz powder,50 parts of 5μm aluminum hydroxide,0.55 parts of platinum catalyst,and 0.2 parts of ethynyl cyclohexanol were used.The thermal conductivity was 0.53 W·(m·K)^(-1),the dielectric strength was 21 KV·mm^(-1),and the flame retardant performance reached FV-0.
