摘要
目的分析基于超声引导联合应用无水乙醇与聚桂醇硬化疗法对卵巢内膜异位囊肿的影响。方法选择2016年3月至2017年3月本院收治的94例卵巢内膜异位囊肿患者展开研究分析,根据随机双盲法与47例单组区间条件将患者分别归为对照组、研究组;对照组基于超声开展无水乙醇硬化治疗,研究组基于超声联合应用无水乙醇与聚桂醇开展硬化治疗,比对两组临床疗效、治疗前后卵巢储备功能及妊娠结局。结果研究组100.00%的治疗有效率明显高于对照组的85.11%,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);治疗前两组卵巢储备功能趋同(P>0.05),经治疗研究组的AMH、FSH、E2与LH明显优于对照组,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠率为74.47%,高于对照组的48.94%,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论基于超声引导联合应用无水乙醇与聚桂醇对卵巢内膜异位囊肿患者行硬化治疗,效果十分确切,可提高患者的卵巢储备功能及妊娠可能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided combined application of absolute ethanol and polycinnol sclerosing therapy on ovarian endometriotic cysts.Methods:A total of 94 patients with endometriotic cysts admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected for analysis.According to the random double-blind method and 47 single-group interval conditions,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group;the control group carried out sclerotherapy based on ultrasound,and the study group used sclerotherapy based on ultrasound combined with ethanol and polycinnol to compare the clinical efficacy,ovarian reserve function and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment.Results:The treatment efficiency of 100.00%in the study group was significantly higher than 85.11%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ovarian reserve function of the two groups before treatment was the same(P>0.05).AMH FSH,E2 and LH were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate in the study group was 74.47%,higher than 48.94%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided combined application of absolute ethanol and polycinnol for sclerosing treatment of patients with endometriotic ovarian cysts is very effective,which can improve patients'ovarian reserve function and pregnancy possibility.
