摘要
近年,全球供应链发展迅速,面对新形势,供应链从线性的"单链"管理转向建立网络化的"生态圈"需求迫切。文章在阐述分析军工体系供应链的基础上,提出了基于联盟级供方构建供应链生态圈的思路,具体研究了供应链生态圈的建立、运作模式及评估方法。
In recent years,global supply chain is developing rapidly,facing the new situation,it is urgent for supply chain to change from single chain management to grid ecosystem management.In this paper,based on the analysis of the supply chain of military industry system,the author puts forward an idea of constructing the supply chain ecosystem based on alliance suppliers,studies the establishment,operation mode and evaluation method of supply chain ecosystem.
