主井提升机自动装卸载及信号双冗余系统改造

摘要 着重介绍对姚桥煤矿1号主井提升机自动装卸载及信号双冗余系统的升级改造,该控制系统为双系统,一用一备,摒弃了传统的提升机备用信号系统仅能实现打点功能的模式,双系统功能基本相同,备用系统同样可以实现自动装卸载及信号打点功能,为装载硐室无人值守提供了条件,在系统发生故障时,可直接一键切换至备用系统,不影响提煤生产,满足矿井提升大容量、快速高效、安全可靠的需求。 This paper focuses on the upgrading and transformation of the automatic loading and unloading and signal double redundancy system of No.1 main shaft hoist in Yaoqiao Coal Mine.The control system is a dual system,one for use and one for standby,which abandons the traditional mode that the standby signal system of hoist can only realize the dot function.The functions of the two systems are basically the same,and the standby system can also realize the automatic loading and unloading and signal dot function,It provides conditions for unattended loading chamber.When the system fails,it can be directly switched to the standby system with one key,which does not affect the production of coal lifting and meets the requirements of large capacity,fast and efficient,safe and reliable mine lifting.
