摘要
中央企业金融控股公司充分发挥产业资本孵化和撬动作用,对于助力中央企业高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。结合国家政策要求与中央企业发展的实际需求,对中央企业金融控股公司“十四五”发展进行研究。基于中央企业金融控股公司的定义和发展动因,分析其功能作用和发展现状,论述其在“十四五”期间的发展环境和行业趋势。建议中央企业金融控股公司在未来发展中应服务实体经济、支持区域发展、发展绿色金融、遵守监管政策,通过服务主营业务提质增效、服务国际化业务拓展和服务产业转型发展,满足产业集团高质量发展金融需求。
The Industrial capital incubation and leverage by financial holding companies of state-owned enterprises(SOE)are crucial for SOE high-quality development.Based on national policies and the requirements of SOE development,a study is conducted here on the“14th Five-Year”development of SOE financial holding companies.In terms of the development orientation of SOE financial holding companies,we explored their functions and current state.It is recommended that SOE high-quality development be underlain financially by SOE financial holding company’s specified development goals,upgrading bottleneck breaking,international business expansion,and industry transformation support.
