摘要
采用低温干燥、低温低速短流程纺丝、双道上油、降低纺丝组件压力等方法优化纺丝工艺,并降低热箱温度、牵伸比以及加弹速度等,对原位聚合石墨烯改性涤纶长丝的生产技术进行了研究。试验证明,控制石墨烯切片干燥后含水率在2.5×10^(-5)~3.0×10^(-5),纺丝温度284~288℃,组件压力11~12 MPa,纺丝速度2700~3000 m/min,假捻变形第一热箱温度185~190℃,第二热箱165~170℃,牵伸比1.700~1.730,卷绕速度620~650 m/min,D/Y比为1.680~1.710,可以制备出使用性能良好、功能性强的石墨烯改性细旦涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY),其织物具有抗菌抑螨、远红外发热、保暖、负离子保健等功能。
The spinning process was optimized by low temperature drying,low temperature,low speed and short process spinning,double channel oil feeding,reducing the pressure of the spinneret assembly,and the production technology of in-situ polymerized graphene-modified polyester filament was studied by reducing the heat box temperature,draft ratio and texturing speed.Experimental results show that after the drying of graphene slices,the moisture content is 2.5×10^(-5)~3×10^(-5),the spinning temperature is 284~288℃,the component pressure is 11~12 MPa,the spinning speed is 2700~3000 m/min,the temperature of the first heat box for false twist deformation is 185~190℃,the second heat box is 165~170℃,the draft ratio is 1.700~1.730,texturing speed is 620~650 m/min,the D/Y ratio is 1.680~1.710,graphene-modified fine denier polyester draw textured yarn(DTY)with good performance and strong functionality can be produced.The fabric has antibacterial and mite inhibition,far-infrared heating,heat preservation,negative ion health care and other functions.
