摘要
大学生校园文化育人是高校育人工作的重要组成部分。在“以文化人,以文育人”思想的指导下,大学生对于社会主义核心价值观的丰富内涵和实践要求还需要进一步加强。因此,如何发挥校园文化的育人功能,完善大学生思想政治教育体系至关重要。以中国农业大学生物学院为例,通过调研、访谈探索校园文化育人载体,提出高校应通过校园精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和网络文化等维度的载体建设,将社会主义核心价值体系教育内化于心、外化于行,增强校园文化育人效果。
College students’campus culture education is an important part of college education work.Under the guidance of the concept of“educating people with culture”,college students need to further strengthen the rich connotation and practical requirements of socialist core values.Therefore,how to give full play to the educational function of campus culture and perfect the ideological and political education system of college students is very important.Taking the College of Biological Sciences in China Agricultural University as an example,this paper explores the carriers of campus culture education through investigation and interview,and puts forward that colleges and universities should internalize and externalize the education of socialist core value system and enhance the effect of campus culture education through the carrier construction of campus spiritual culture,material culture,system culture,behavior culture and network culture.
