摘要
城市型矿区是指随着独立矿区快速发展,周边逐步形成服务矿区的城市功能区域,导致矿区被城市包围,形成具有经济和社会功能与城市紧密相关,矿城空间粘连发展特征的矿区。随着矿区资源逐渐枯竭,城市型矿区在转型发展中具有独特的靠近城区的区位优势,矿城"协同"成为发展趋势。因此,如何优化城市型矿区空间结构和功能组织,实现矿区与城区生产、生活、生态、区域交通等协同发展是一大研究关键。论文以抚顺西露天矿为例,基于调研资料和已有研究成果,对西露天矿矿城空间演进过程进行了梳理,分析了西露天矿矿城空间组织特征,通过构建西露天矿矿城空间结构协同、空间功能协同、空间发展目标协同、空间区域方面协同四大协同体系,系统化地提出了城市型矿区转型发展的四大策略。
With the rapid development of independent mining areas, urban function areas have formed around to serve the mines. Surrounded by urban areas, the economic and social functions of mining areas are closely related to the city, showing the development features of space adhesion between mining and urban areas. The mining resources are petering out, and mine-city coordination becomes a development trend for urban mining areas, as the regional advantage of mines in urban mining area stands out in the transformation development. So, it is crucial to optimize the spatial structure and functional organization of urban mining area and realize the coordinated development of mining area and urban production, life, ecology and regional transportation. Taking Fushun West Open-pit Mine as an example, we combed the spatial evolution process of the West Open-pit Mine City based on our investigation and existing research results, analyzed the spatial organization characteristics of the formation of the mine, and proposed four coordination systems: spatial structure coordination, spatial function coordination, spatial development goal coordination and spatial regional coordination. Also, four strategies for the transformation and development of urban mining areas are proposed from the perspective of ecology, mine production, living and traffic.
