摘要
煤炭产业快速发展带来的环境污染、生态环境破坏等问题日益突出。结合淮南矿业集团发展实际,分析论证了煤炭企业市矿统筹、和谐发展的背景,并对煤炭企业选择市矿统筹、和谐发展的模式进行原因分析;阐述了煤炭企业市矿统筹、和谐发展的基本模式及内容;最后为煤炭企业借鉴这一模式提供了总结和建议。
As the problems of environmental pollution and ruining of ecological environment brought by the rapid developmeht of coal industry become more distinct, this paper, by regarding the reality of the development of Huainan Mining Group,expatiates the background of integration and harmonious development between coal enterprises and their location cities as well as its basic pattern and content ,analyses the causes for such a pattern,and concludes with suggestions as to how coal enterprises should use such a mode for reference.
