摘要
目的对北京市某三级综合医院发表科技论文及作者情况进行回顾性分析,以了解该院科研实力及趋势,为科管部门进一步制定科研政策和推动科研进步提供依据。方法运用文献计量学及相关统计学方法对该院2015-2019年期间公开发表科技论文的数量、级别等数据进行分析,评估其在期刊分布、专业分布、职称结构以及学历等方面的差异。结果北京市某三级综合医院2015-2019年发表论文609篇,年均121.8篇,每年发表的核心期刊数量占当年发表论文总数的60%以上;中级职称发文数量最多(48.1%);从作者科室分布来看,临床内科发表论文最多(45.6%);从作者专业分布来看,骨与关节疾病中心发文数量最多;从作者学历分布来看,硕士学历的职工近5年发表论文414篇(68%);医院的活跃作者群已经形成。结论该院发表论文总量虽呈上升趋势,但是总量偏少,且SCI论文数量有待提升;医务工作者的创新能力及科研主动性有待提高;专业间论文产出不均衡,重点专业与非重点专业差距较大;高学历人员成为发表论文的主力军。
Objective To analyze the status of scientific papers and authors published by a tertiary general hospital in Beijing so as to understand the strength and trend of scientific research of the hospital,and provide the basis for the scientific and administrative departments to further formulate scientific research policies and promote scientific research progress. Methods Using bibliometrics and related statistical methods, the number and level of scientific and technological papers published in the hospital from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed, including changing trend in journal distribution,professional distribution, title structure and education background. Results Totally, 609 papers were published from 2015 to 2019, with an average of 121.8. The number of core journals published accounted for more than 60% of the total number of published papers in each year. The number of papers published by intermediate professional titles was the largest, accounting for 48.1%. As for the distribution of the author’s departments, Clinical Internal Medicine published the most papers,accounting for 45.6%. In terms of the professional distribution of authors, the number of articles published by the bone and joint diseases center was the largest. Notably, the staff with master’s degree have published 414 papers in the past five years, accounting for 68%. The active author group has been formed in the hospital. Conclusion Although the total number of papers published in our hospital is on the rise,the total amount is relatively small. Still,the number of SCI papers needs to be improved. The innovation ability and scientific research initiative of medical workers need to be improved. The output of papers among specialties is unbalanced, and the gap between key and non key majors is large. Highly educated personnel has become the main force of publishing papers.
