摘要
目的了解米易县法定传染病发病趋势和流行特征,为制定相对应的传染病提供防控策略。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2010-2019年米易县法定传染病报告发病情况进行统计分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,年度报告发病率变化趋势采用趋势卡方检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2010-2019年米易县共报告法定传染病21种5542例,死亡57人,年均发病率为219.16/10万,年均死亡率为2.55/10万。肠道类传染病高发,特别是手足口病值得关注。5-7月为发病高峰期,0~4岁组的低年龄散居儿童为高发病人群。结论2010-2019年米易县法定传染病报告发病率总体呈上升趋势。在今后防控工作中应重点加强手足口病病原学监测和肠道类传染病健康教育宣传,大力开展爱国卫生运动。
Objective To understand the incidence trend and epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Miyi County,and to formulate corresponding prevention and control strategies for infectious diseases.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the reported incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Miyi county from 2010 to 2019.Chi-square test was used to compare the rates,the trend fo annual reported incidence changes was tested by the trend Chi-squar test,the test level wasα=0.05.Results From 2010 to 2019,a total of 5542 cases of 21 types of infectious diseases were reported in Miyi County,resulting in 57 deaths.The average annual morbidity was 219.16/105,and the average annual mortality was 2.55/105.The high incidence was intestinal infectious diseases,especially HFMD,it deserved special attention.May to July was the peak of the disease.The low age scattered children in 0-4 years old group were the high incidence population.Conclusion The reported incidence of infectious diseases in Miyi county was on the rise from 2010 to 2019.In the future prevention and control work should focus on strengthening the etiological surveillance of HFMD and the health education and publicity of intestinal infectious diseases,patriotic health campaign should be carry out vigorously.
