摘要
目的了解北京市顺义区乙型肝炎报告发病现状,评价乙肝防控效果,为控制乙型肝炎提供依据。方法利用2010-2019年《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中《传染病报告信息管理系统》中乙肝报告发病数据,运用描述流行病学方法对本地区乙肝发病特征进行分析。率之间的比较采用χ^(2)和χ^(2)趋势检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2010-2019年北京市顺义区乙肝病例发病数及发病率整体呈下降趋势,30岁以上是发病高峰,高发职业是农民、家务及待业和工人,农村发病率高于城市(χ^(2)=41.624,P<0.05),男性发病率高于女性(χ^(2)=32.949,P<0.05),男性死亡率高于女性(χ^(2)=8.363,P<0.05)。结论成年人成为乙肝的主要发病人群,应加强以免疫接种为主的综合防治措施,推广成年人进行乙肝疫苗接种,应针对农村、工厂和社区等重点场所开展宣传教育工作。
Objective In order to know epidemiological characteristics of Hepatitis B in Shunyi district during 2010 to 2019,evaluating the prevention and control effect of hepatitis B,and to provide basis for the control of hepatitis B.Methods The data of hepatitis B reports from the"Infectious Disease Reporting Information Management System"in the"China Disease Prevention and Control Information System"from 2010 to 2019 was collected,and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the characteristics of hepatitis B.Chi-square test and trend Chi-square test were used to compand therates,with P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant,Results From 2010 to 2019,the number and incidence of hepatitis B cases in Shunyi district showed an overall downward trend.The peak incidence of age was over 30 years old.The most common occupations were farmers,housewives and unemployed and workers.The incidence rate in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(χ^(2)=41.624,P<0.05),morbidity and mortality of male were higher than that of female,(χ^(2)=32.949,P<0.05)(χ^(2)=8.363,P<0.05).Conclusion Adults have become the main patients with hepatitis B,and comprehensive prevention and control measures focusing on immunization should be strengthened,hepatitis B vaccination for adults should be promoted,and publicity and education should be carried out in key places such as rural areas,factories and communities.
