摘要
在国家大力倡导应用型人才培养和高等教育不断推进"书院制"改革的今天,构建以高质量就业为导向的"书院制"管理模式,对于加快推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革,全面提高高等学校学生就业质量、提升创业能力、推进经济发展具有现实意义。[1]文章首先分析国内三所高校书院制建设模式的不同特点,提出以高质量就业为导向进行书院制建设的理念,然后从书院理念、文化核心、课程体系、导师制度、学生组织、校企合作等六个方面提出以高质量就业为导向的高校书院制建设的策略。[2]
Today,the training of application-oriented talents has become a new hot spot in our country and higher education is advancing the reform of the"Academy System",which is a higher education student management system combining general education(quality education)and professional education.The mode of"Academy System"oriented by employment is of practical importance to promote supply-side structural reforms in human resources,improve the employment quality of college students,and increase their entrepreneurial skills as well as boosting economic growth.[1]At first,this paper analyzes the differences of"Academy System"models in three domestic colleges and universities,and introduces the concept of high-quality employment-oriented construction of the"Academy System".It also puts forward the strategy of college system construction oriented by high quality employment,from six aspects including college concept,cultural core,curriculum system,tutor system,student organization and college-enterprise cooperation.[2]
