摘要
文章针对高职学生不同程度存在一些心理困扰和精神压力,统计、分析了产生心理问题的原因,探讨如何通过高职院校心理健康教育管理调适高职学生的心理健康状况。
Students at higher vocational colleges tend to have psychological distress and mental pressure of varying degrees.This paper discusses possible causes and how to adjust the mental health through management of mental health education at higher vocational colleges.
