摘要
以2-丙基-1-庚醇(2-PHL)和葡萄糖为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶剂体系中,合成了2-丙基-1-庚基糖苷(IAPG10),研究了反应投料摩尔比、温度、时间及催化剂添加量对体系游离葡萄糖(残糖)的影响,通过红外光谱对产物结构进行表征并研究了其物化性能。实验优化条件为n(2-PHL)/n(葡萄糖)=4.0,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为3.0 h,m(PTSA)/m(葡萄糖)=0.015,残糖为0.22%,副产物多聚糖为2.1%,表面张力γ_(cmc)=30.7 mN/m,同时IAPG10具有良好乳化和低泡性能。
2-Propyl-heptylglycosides(IAPG10)was synthesized with 2-propyl-1-heptanol and glucose in N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)environment by p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst.The effect of reaction feed molar ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and the catalyst addition amount of catalyst on the free glucose(residual sugar)in the system was investigated,and structure of IAG10 was characterized by IR spectrum.The optimum conditions were shown as follows:n(2-PHL)/n(glucose)=4.0,reaction temperature was 100℃,reaction time was 3.0 h,m(PTSA)/m(glucose)=0.015,the residual glucose of the system was 0.22%,the by-product polysaccharide was 2.1%,the surface tension wasγcmc=30.7 mN/m,the product had both good emulsifying and low foaming properties.
