摘要
对4种烷基糖苷的基本特性(水溶解性、凝固点及表面张力)及应用性能(乳化力、接触角、洗净力、泡沫性能、漂洗性及对油漆涂膜的影响性)进行了测定,并与脂肪醇乙氧基化物性能进行对比。结果表明:对于亲水基相同的烷基糖苷,疏水链越长,其凝固点、表面张力、乳化力、接触角越大,泡沫稳定性越强,对洗净力变化规律影响不明显;烷基链长的烷基糖苷(C_(12/14)APG)水溶解性差,是由于其中的单苷析出,但其应用性能不受影响;烷基糖苷,尤其是改性烷基糖苷(C_(8/11)APG),在凝固点、表面张力、乳化力、接触角、洗净力方面均优于脂肪醇乙氧基化物。5种试剂均满足标准Q/CR 468—2015中对漂洗性及对油漆涂膜的影响性的要求,适用于动车组外表面清洗剂产品。
The basic characteristics(water solubility,freezing point and surface tension)and application properties(emulsifying power,contact angle,cleaning ability,foam performance,rinsing performance and influence on paint film)of several Alkyl Polyglycosides were measured and compared with the properties of fatty alcohol ethoxylates.The results show that for Alkyl Polyglycosides with the same hydrophilic group,the longer the hydrophobic chain,the higher the freezing point,surface tension,emulsifying power and contact angle,the stronger the foam stability,and bearly change the cleaning ability.The Alkyl Polyglycoside with long alkyl chain(C_(12/14)APG)has poor water solubility,which is caused by the precipitation of single glycosides,but its application performance is not affected.Alkyl Polyglycosides are superior to fatty alcohol ethoxylates in freezing point,surface tension,emulsifying power,contact angle and cleaning ability,especially modified Alkyl Polyglycosides(C_(8/11)APG).They all meet the requirements of standard Q/CR 468—2015 for rinsing performance and influence on paint film,which are suitable for EMU exterior surface cleaners.
