碘量法与锌单质氧化还原法的胱氨酸试剂纯度滴定

摘要 碘量法滴定胱氨酸纯度为目前被广泛使用的滴定方法之一,但由于经典方法实验结果的平行性较差,故尝试使用改良碘量法以及锌单质氧化还原法进行胱氨酸纯度测定,以SPSS为数据处理软件分析实验所得四组实验数据进行独立变量T检验,分析可知锌单质氧化还原法因空气氧化含碘离子,故存在滴定终点判断问题,但操作相较于碘量法简便,且由判断数据显著性可知,其精密度与准确度于后者不存在较大偏差。 Iodometric titration of cystine purity is one of the widely used titration methods,but due to the poor parallelism of the experimental results of the classical methods,the improved iodometric method and zinc oxidation-reduction methodwere used for the determination of cystine purity,and SPSSwas used as the data processing software to analyze the four groups of experimental data obtained from the experiment for independent variable t test.The analysis showed that the zinc oxidation-reduction method hadthe problem of titration end-point judgment due to the oxidation of iodide ions by air,but the operation was simpler than the iodometric method,and from the judgment of data significance,there was no big deviation in the precision and accuracy.
